My husband and I have used E & D for a couple of things now, most recently yesterday when they installed a new water softener.  Always friendly and courteous, they know their jobs well.  Priced reasonably and for a buck extra will deliver the salt to our house.  No more schlepping around heavy salt bags in the subzero temperatures or 90 degree heat. E and D Water Works were so helpful in getting us a new water heater. Pete answered all my crazy first time home owner questions and was very knowledgeable. Even with piping that had to be redone I had a new water heater in less than an hour and a half. Extremely helpful, nice, and great people to work with. First time writing a review because that is how easy peasy my experience was with E and D. Highly recommend.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by E & D when replacing our water heater.  The gas company was doing some work in our area and needed to shut off the gas.  When it was time to relight the pilot light it was found to be corroded, it was time to replace the unit. Had talked with E & D at the home show a year ago, so I called them.  Although the had a full schedule for a week they were here in a day and a half. They manually scrapped mineral deposits off the floor that was under the water heater.  They also replumbed and simplified a recirculation loop supplying additional copper fitting and several soldier joints. Once completed we needed to purge the air out of the lines. This resulted in some type of debris getting lodged line to the kitchen sink. they managed to disconnect the flexible line to the sink, remove a check valve, and cleared the obstruction.  We were overly impressed by the level of service they provided.  Again, thank you very much.

My dad always got his water here & loved being the one to go get it. I just got mine at the grocery store. When he passed away they actually sent flowers. So, I decided to go in & get some water. I can see why my dad wanted to go there. Nicest & friendliest people! I have been going ever since! Plus, great water & very convenient.
